MANDATORY All docs are REQUIRED for ALL players. New & returners! Documentation must be uploaded to your online registration or COPIES submitted at assessment dates for Majors and Minors (see below for these dates):
• Proof of age (copy of original Birth Certificate) and • 1 document from EACH of the 3 proof of address categories – dated any time between 2/1/25 - 2/1/26 –
IF your player attends school within Lompoc City limits but lives outside you may obtain a school attendance waiver – contact us.

NEW this season, 8 year olds must attend Assessments. Those not drafted into the Minors Division will be placed into CAP - Coach Pitch.

Majors & Minors SKILLS ASSESMENT DATES (DRAFT NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN W A STICKER FOR THEIR NUMBER): IF A PLAYER DOES NOT ATTEND ONE TRY OUT DATE THEY WILL BE A HAT PICK AND THEY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL STARS AND MAY BE TAKEN OFF THE MAJORS DIVISION DRAFT LIST.

If you requested your 9 yr. old to only play in the MINORS then they will attend the MINORS ONLY assessment.
*If your PLAYER was on a MAJORS team in 2025 you do NOT ATTEND ANY ASSESSMENTS.
**Age is based on the player’s League age as of Aug. 31, 2026 for the 2026 season
